Year, make, model, VIN, odometer, and license plate.

Insurance company, claim number, adjuster or contact if known, and deductible if applicable.

Required Photo Guide

These photos give us the best starting point for review. Try to take them in daylight or good lighting, and keep the full vehicle visible where requested.

01

Front Driver Corner

Stand back enough to show the full front driver side corner of the vehicle.

02

Front Passenger Corner

Show the full front passenger side corner from a normal standing distance.

03

Rear Driver Corner

Take a photo showing the full rear driver side corner of the vehicle.

04

Rear Passenger Corner

Take a photo showing the full rear passenger side corner.

05

VIN Tag

Photograph the VIN tag in the driver door area. If that tag is missing or not readable, use the VIN visible through the dash.

06

Odometer

Turn the vehicle on if needed and take a clear photo of the mileage.

07

License Plate

Provide a clear photo of the plate currently on the vehicle.

08

Damage Close-Up Photos

Get close enough to clearly show the damaged area, broken parts, scrapes, dents, and paint damage.

09

Damage From Farther Away

Stand back and show how the damaged area sits on the full side or end of the vehicle.

Tip: The best requests usually include both wide shots and close-up shots. If you are unsure, send more photos rather than fewer.

This is a mockup form for preview. It is styled and laid out to become the real working form later.

Important Estimate Notice

Online estimate requests are only a starting point. Final repair cost, parts, labor, and timing can change once the vehicle is seen in person and disassembled.

Hidden damage is common. Insurance approvals, parts delays, sublet work, and calibration needs can all affect the process after submission.
