Full name, phone number, email address, and preferred contact method.
Year, make, model, VIN, odometer, and license plate.
Insurance company, claim number, adjuster or contact if known, and deductible if applicable.
These photos give us the best starting point for review. Try to take them in daylight or good lighting, and keep the full vehicle visible where requested.
Stand back enough to show the full front driver side corner of the vehicle.
Show the full front passenger side corner from a normal standing distance.
Take a photo showing the full rear driver side corner of the vehicle.
Take a photo showing the full rear passenger side corner.
Photograph the VIN tag in the driver door area. If that tag is missing or not readable, use the VIN visible through the dash.
Turn the vehicle on if needed and take a clear photo of the mileage.
Provide a clear photo of the plate currently on the vehicle.
Get close enough to clearly show the damaged area, broken parts, scrapes, dents, and paint damage.
Stand back and show how the damaged area sits on the full side or end of the vehicle.
